Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) strives to achieve an overall cohesiveness with the existing design of homes within the PHOA. While individual exterior decorations and alterations can provide visual distinctiveness and variety, the aesthetics of the PHOA community must be in harmony with its' surroundings.
The Architectural Review Committees' mission is to ensure that projects within our community serve to enhance the Property and increase the property value for all Homeowners.
